Plumas County is all Vote by Mail. For information regarding Vote by Mail voting and voting in person in Plumas County, click here.

Ballots will be mailed no later than February 5, 2024.

Please contact our office if you have not received your ballot by February 14, 2024.

Ballots returned by mail (postage is pre-paid) must be postmarked by March 5, 2024 and received within 7 days after the election.

Ballots returned in person must be returned by 8 pm on March 5, 2024.

There are two drop-boxes located at the Quincy Courthouse, one conveniently outside and one within the Elections office.
