Plumas County Engineering now accepts credit and debit card payments through AllPaid for payment of Permit Fees.
Payments can be made 24 hours/ 7 days a week with a major credit card, debit, or pre-paid debit card including:

To Make a Payment, you will need the following:

  • PLC: a006ds
  • Name and Address
  • Phone Number & Email
  • Permit Fee (i.e. Invoice number or fee schedule item)
  • Payment Amount

If you need the Pay Location Code (PLC) Number, it is a006ds.
