Located on the North end of the Lake Almanor Peninsula. The Plumas County Engineer is the manager.

The Plumas County Engineering Department administers this district which provides and maintains domestic/emergency water and sewer collection, treatment, and disposal services.

Roadway maintenance and snow removal are provided for by Plumas County Public Works on public roadways within the district.
