Getting Started Accessing Services

All Substance Use Disorder Services are by appointment only, please call our access line at 530-283-6307 or stop into one of our service locations.

Once you have completed the American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) assessment determined to meet medical necessity you will be referred to the Substance Use Disorder Medical Director to determine treatment level of care. 

Substance Use Disorder Services Offered:

  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment
    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30-11:30
  • Outpatient Treatment
    Tuesday and Friday 1:00-2:30

We also offer Perinatal Treatment and Treatment to Women with Dependent Children depending on the level of care met we may refer to our subcontracted Perinatal Residential Treatment Provider.
