Conditional Registration

The Deadline to Register to Vote in the State of California is 15 Days Prior to the Election.

For the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Election, your Voter Registration must be Postmarked or Electronically Submitted No Later than: February 20, 2024

Should you miss this deadline, you may participate in the election with Conditional Voting.

You will need to visit the Plumas County Elections Division office, located in the Quincy Courthouse, and fill out the Conditional Voting Form. Once the form is filled out, you will vote your Conditional Ballot at our polling location within the Quincy Courthouse and turn in your voted ballot to the Plumas County Elections Division office.

Voting your ballot must be done at the time the Conditional Voting Form is completed. You MAY NOT take your ballot home and return it later.
