Expect traffic delays on Portola McLears Rd (A15) between the Portola City Limits and State Route 89 beginning at 7:00 am on August 19, 20, 21, 22 & 26. Plumas County Public Woks crews will be placing a much needed Chip Seal to extend the life of the roadway.
