PUBLIC MEETING NOTIFICATION
Plumas County & Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship OHMVR Grant Plumas County, in collaboration with the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship (SBTS), is seeking funding through the OHMVR program to support Ground Operations to continue maintaining up to 125 miles of motorized trails within the Plumas National Forest. Maintenance activities focus on addressing downed and hazardous trees, clearing brush, repairing trail tread, and mitigating erosion.
The public is invited to an open house meeting on January 29th, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, at the Quincy Library, located at 445 Jackson St, Quincy. This meeting is an opportunity for public review and input on these projects. Community feedback is encouraged and greatly valued. Public comment period for grant opens March 3rd at www.ohv.parks.ca.gov .
