Join us for a 3-part training and workshop series to explore what to expect when sharing public comments with elected officials, different types of public comment, and learn the differences between advocacy/education and lobbying. Practice your own public comments and receive feedback and assistance to sharpen your skills and maximize impact in a timed statement. Discover different forums to share what you’ve learned with decision makers in Plumas County to advocate for health equity and smoke-free environments in your community.
