Planning a public meeting, educational event, or other gathering? Community Meeting Rooms are available at the Quincy and Portola Branch Libraries. Meeting rooms have Wi-Fi, projection equipment, speakers, and whiteboards.
To book the Portola Library Community Room, please call the Portola Branch at (530) 832-4241. The Quincy Library Community Room can be booked online or by calling (530) 283-6310.*
*All groups are required to sign the Meeting Room Use Agreement once per calendar year. If you do not have a current Use Agreement on file, or if you are not sure, fill and sign the form below. Reservations without a current Use Agreement will be cancelled.
All meetings must be free and open to the general public. Admission fees are not permitted. No donations, raffles, collections, fees or sales of any kind may occur.
