The Plumas County Planning Department issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on September 13, 2023, inviting qualified respondents interested in providing professional services associated with the following capacity building staffing positions: Contract Planners, Surface Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA) Permit Management, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Licensing Management, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Environmental On-Call List.
