Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation, in cooperation with Plumas County Planning and Behavioral Health departments, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a qualified Professional Engineer (PE) to evaluate the existing site conditions for a specific parcel in Plumas County, Town of East Quincy, to recommend alternatives for site design that maximizes the parcel for multifamily housing development. The goal is to determine site suitability. Deliverables shall include preliminary site plans and a written report that includes discussion and analysis of alternatives including a recommended course of action
