The PCTC is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to prepare the 2025 Plumas County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), including the associated environmental document. 

The 2025 Plumas County RTP will be an update to the 2020 Plumas County RTP which was adopted by the Plumas County Transportation Commission on January 27, 2020.   A copy of the 2020 RTP can be found on the Plumas County Transportation Commission website:
