The Plumas County Department of Public Works (PCPW) is requesting submittals of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call right-of-way engineering and acquisition Services for transportation improvement projects consistent with Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures, and Federal, State, and local regulations.
