FOR QUINCY-LA PORTE ROAD STORM DAMAGE REPAIR

Plumas County, CA
Located 7.8 miles south of State Route 70
Bids for this work will be received at the Office of the Plumas County Public Works Department, 1834 East Main Street, Conference Room, Quincy, CA 95971, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project will reconstruct Quincy-LaPorte Road to its original alignment, profile, and width. The project will reconstruct the damaged road embankment to its original footprint. The damaged structural section will be replaced with aggregate base and hot mix asphalt. At other locations, damaged asphalt will be saw-cut, removed, and replaced with hot mix asphalt. The ditch line will be restored to pre-storm event conditions.
The contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time this contract is awarded.
The successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond.
Complete bidder’s packages are required for submitting a bid. Complete bidder’s packages can be purchased at the Office of the Plumas County Public Works Department, 1834 East Main Street, Quincy, CA 95971, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 or $25.00 (if mailed) respectively.
